Our Story
Prego is a neighbourhood Italian restaurant in the heart of Westbury Park, shaped by a love of simple cooking, seasonal ingredients and the kind of hospitality that brings people back time and again.
Owner Julian has lived in the area for many years and grew up around Italian food, family gatherings and long meals shared together. That influence still shapes the restaurant today — handmade pasta, thoughtful seasonal dishes, sourdough pizza and relaxed evenings built around good food and good company.
Run by a small, close-knit team, Prego has become a familiar part of the neighbourhood; somewhere for weeknight dinners, long Sunday lunches and celebrations shared around the table. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a menu that changes regularly to reflect the seasons and the produce available around us.
